BC3 Today.

Saturday, yesterday, I helped the roanoke trails people for a few hours. CLICK. Pretty fun time, if you are free saturday from 9am to 12, go there, drink some coffee, and start cutting/hauling brush/suckle from the woods while chainsaws are blasting.


After work saturday, I went on a road ride. I had about a 2 hour slot before eating and my wife was shopping, this is a very rare situation where I am free so in order to maximize every free minute, I got my road bike out and started stomping the pedals. Perfect weather, a little wind, some good motor pacing, and my legs were free again, first time in a few weeks.

BC3 today, still deciding whether to do ss and open or just open.
