Resting.

YOGA Tonight!

Trying to rest a little more, spent sat/sun/mon getting up early and 3 hours in on the bike. Legs are way more tired than they were after the St. Louis races. Definitely not used to riding that much. I'm trying not to make the mistake of overtraining before big races like Tulsa Tough and Tour of Lawrence.

After riding monday morning I had nothing left for the 6pm monday ride. Here I am getting wopped on by a bunch of cat4s.
