Each day I really focused on slower cadence with hard gears. I tried always to be in a 2 or 3 gears ahead of what I'd normally ride. Sunday especially was a hard gear day. I'm trying to build some muscle since I haven't lifted in a gym in over 4 years. Weight sunday night was 177.5. People tell me that your body freeks out after riding and holds on to carbs/water for a while and then when you rest the weight goes down. We'll see. Either way, I'd like to get down to 165 by May and 161 by june.

Just when you think you can't fit anything else into this little store. I bought this for $180, if you want it for $180, let me know, otherwise, I will be riding it mondays hopefully.
