I redid the cables on my cx bike yesterday. Used yokozuna this time. Sram ships there shifters with gore cables, so I use them till they go bad, which usually is about 2 weeks.
YOKOZUNA is the best cables you can buy. It's all made in Japan. The housing is jet-lubed, the cables are stainless steel. Shifting is way quicker and smoother. I'll install it on your bike too. Cables and housing is $15/per side.
