Rolled up to the start about 30 seconds before the whistle blew. Bad start, but everyone was strung out going slow. 1/2 way through the 1st lap I double flat. Its not too far to the pit maybe 1/2 mile, I get sc's bike. Same frame size, but seat 3cm lower, bars 2cm taller, and stem 3cm shorter, plus it weighed 3lbs more and had 15psi less pressure than I had in my tires. By the time I finished the first lap I was probably 2min behind the leaders. I passed a few people and finished the race. I have never spent so much time outofthesaddle.
