Riding

Back to 2 a days. I felt pretty sick this week but finally last night I was good on the bike. Didn't want to push it so I settled for 45 minutes with about 20 minutes of sprint work. I've been the same weight this whole season, usually by now I have at least another 1000 miles ridden and am a healthy 10 lbs. less of body weight.

So now I'm riding 2 times a day. Trying to get 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night. Usually ends up being 40 minutes or so though. Hopefully this helps me lose some weight and keep what little form I have gained this season.



Saturday, 8am ride from 18th st. store, 3 hours or so. 1st hour will be cat 4 pace, then it should start going good. Should be good training for THIS.

Maybe mtn. biking sunday if its dry, getting ready for THIS.
