I read this article a while ago, not sure if it was online or in print. It doesn't really take into account the riders history. Its funny how it basically says, do this and you'll place top 20 at the nationals elite race.


If you have absolutely no idea about how to train or ride by yourself a lot, you should try this plan.

I'm guessing if you have permission to ride 12 hours/week, then do everything it says twice.
