Its New Years Day. I wish I was out at swope for a 29er for a few hours, instead I am building up A23 nmsw rims to velocity road hubs and gran compe track hubs with sapim laser spokes and selling carbon wheels.
I feel pretty tired from racing cross off the old year. Its been a while since I road really hard. My Resolution for 2011 is to eat good. These past few years have sucked for me diet wise. I have been trying to prove to myself equipment, preparation, and diet won't dictate my results and I keep getting proved wrong. I think I'm finally at a place where I know how to race and just need to focus on the hard part, diet and preparation. Last night was a good start, my wife and I ate HERE. Then for breakfast I had Really good Salmon/eggs/coffee. Only problem is I can't pay people to serve me good food and wash the dishes.
So, I am looking for food that is good for you, not expensive, easy to make, easy to clean up, is good left over for the next day...all that. I can't live off this stuff either, even though I'm tempted.
I guess soups are good, pasta/chicken, quesadillas, beer, what else?
I need to hear the story of this. I think its the 30+.
