Snow!

Looks like a little snow tomorrow...hopefully it won't cancel the 1st spring fling races of the year.

Starting the group ride at 9 sharp tomorrow, it really sucks waiting around in the cold...may make a few laps around the plaza to make sure we don't miss anyone...hopefully the tubular tires will be glued up by then!

Babies

Melissa and I are with child!! Gonna make a few changes but still going to ride hard. Downgrading the bike a little...going back to the rival I gave to Melissa since she won't be using them and saving the red for something special...hate to ruin those $450 shifters and $250 rear dérailleur going down...my rival is tried and true due to a few road crashes and many cx falls...still works flawlessly.

New Frames

Finally getting some training rides in at night, getting down to Ricky's on my fp3 3 nights a week to build, check out velowerx.blogspot.com to see some of our frames...fillet brazed 29ers to come.

New Bikes

After a few training rides on the Pinarello cx bikes and 32c (60psi) tires, I will finally be building my road bike.

Couldn't get the Jamis Xenith in the right size so going with the fp3.

Same mold as the Pinarello Prince, just lower grade, little bit heavier carbon. W/ DA it is $3800, a bargain, but it looks like I will have a few switches.
